Biography:
Senpai Sumita, Shodan, has been training in Kyokushin Karate for the last 29 years. She was one of the best KATA practitioners during her time.
Her knowledge in fitness and her never give up attitude has made her one of the best Lady Kyokushin Instructors in India.
She also trains in Kali and Boxing regularly.
